Maxi Molina, DBA MaxiMJdev, is a Spanish trans masc freelance game developer, working as Game Director, Creative Director, Art Director, Voice and Casting Director (English, Spanish, Catalan and Japanese) and Writer for a wide variety of projects across Europe and USA, for a total of 12 years of experience working across different artistic industries. In their free time between hats, they’re a vocal mental health advocate, warning newcomers against the dangers of crunch.
Though their eclectic career has taken them from major companies such as Blizzard and DC Comics to a wealth of indie games, their greatest love and claim to fame lies on their own passion project, The Hayseed Knight, for which they are the sole developer.
